By utilizing any and all information in Pure Distance Golf programs, services, social media websites, blog, etc, you understand and acknowledge that there are risks involved in participating in any exercise program and/or any exercises and nutritional advice contained within these programs and services. You agree that you will assume the risk and full responsibility for determining the need for medical clearance from your physician and obtaining such clearance, the safety and/or efficacy of any exercise program recommended to you.
All Pure Distance Golf advice, programs and services are designed for healthy individuals.
You must have a complete physical examination if you are sedentary, if you have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or diabetes, if you are overweight, of if you are over 30 years old.
You must consult your physician and get their approval before starting any exercise or nutrition program and follow all safety instructions. If you are taking any medications, you must talk to your physician before starting any exercise program.
The exercises and dietary programs in all Pure Distance Golf programs and services are not intended as a substitute for any exercise routine or treatment or dietary regimen that may have been prescribed by your physician.
If your physician recommends that you don’t use Pure Distance Golf Programs and services, please follow your doctor’s orders and Pure Distance Golf will gladly refund you.
All forms of exercise pose some inherent risks and customers, clients and site visitors take full responsibility for their safety and knowing their limits.
Before engaging in the exercises in all Pure Distance Golf Programs, be sure that your equipment is well maintained, and do not take risks beyond your level of experience, aptitude, training and fitness.
Always do a warmup prior to strength training and interval training. Don’t perform any exercise unless you have been shown the proper technique by a certified personal trainer or certified strength and conditioning specialist. Always ask for instruction and assistance when lifting. Don’t perform any exercise without proper instruction. If you experience any lightheadedness, dizziness, or shortness of breath while exercising, stop the movement and consult a physician.
Pure Distance Golf, Rob Harrand and the creators, producers and distributors of all programs/services, social media websites, blogs, etc disclaim any and all liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages, which might occur to you and/or to your family in connection with the physical activity, materials provided and advice found in all Pure Distance Golf programs, services, social media sites, blog, etc.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, by utilizing any and all information associated with puredistancegolf.com, and Rob Harrand, you agree to waive and release any and all claims, suits or related causes of action against Rob Harrand or the Pure Distance Golf staff/team, for injury, loss, death, costs or other damages to you, your heirs or assigns, while utilizing all the information associated with Pure Distance Golf and Rob Harrand and staff. You further agree to release, indemnify and hold Rob Harrand, Pure Distance Golf and all associates from any liability whatsoever for future claims presented by your children for any injuries, loses or damages.
2. All clients of Pure Distance Golf hereby acknowledges and understand that there are inherent and significant risks associated with participation in speed development and all other performance training, including (but not limited to) the potential for serious personal injury caused by any event or any condition of the facilities, techniques or equipment which includes using instrumentalities such as speed enhancement and strength training equipment.
All clients of Pure Distance Golf knowingly certifies and understands that these aforementioned techniques, equipment and instrumentalities provided contain inherent risks and dangers that can cause serious injuries to one’s person and even death.
All clients of Pure Distance Golf understand that such risks are relative to their level of fitness and health (physical, mental and emotional), and to the awareness, care and skill which the client demonstrates while participating in the program.
All clients of Pure Distance Golf hereby accepts and assumes all responsibility for all risks and possibilities for personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from participation in the strength and conditioning program (e.g. strength training, speed development and all other performance training), including accidents or injuries that occur within the facilities (e.g. in the locker rooms, dressing rooms, showers, restrooms, and other areas).
All clients of Pure Distance Golf, their heirs, distributees, guardians, legal respresentatives and assigns agree to not make a claim against, sue, attach the property of, or prosecute Rob Harrand or Pure Distance Golf for any injury or death as a result of participation in a strength and conditioning program, (e.g. strength training, speed development training and or all other performance training) at present or in the future.
All clients of Pure Distance Golf, their heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives and assigns will indemnify and hold harmless Rob Harrand and Pure Distance Golf from any and all such claims or causes of action by whomever made and wherever presented.
All clients of Pure Distance Golf releases and discharges Rob Harrand and the Pure Distance Golf team from all actions, claims, or demands including breach of contract or negligence.
I, the "Participant, am aware that strength training programs involve many risks, dangers and liabilities including but not limited to those referred to above.
I have been fully and completely advised of the potential dangers and I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, and dangers including the possibility of personal bodily injury, death, or property damage loss resulting there from. I, the Participant, am aware that this is a release of liability and a binding contract between myself, and Rob Harrand and Pure Distance Golf.
3. All Programs and services disclaimer. Every effort has been made to accurately represent the potential of Pure Distance Golf programs and services. Results vary. Every players success depends on their dedication, commitment, motivation and work ethic and following guidelines properly. The top advertised results represent clients who follow the program exactly and work very hard. Of course, no guarantee can be made for every single client.
